recently finished setting up a cluster using SGE to use cellprofler.
but I'm with many difficulties here, I tried everything I saw in the forum but have not had success
anyone here with experience of success could give me some tips, please!
I'm using CentOS 5.4 64bit, SGE 6.2 update 5, NFS and Matlab 7.7.0 R2008b
